Registration Rules

• Registration for the congress and ordering related services (hotel accommodation, tickets, congress lunch, etc. – hereinafter referred to as related services) from the organizer’s advertised offer can only be done online via the registration form. The registration and the order of related services become valid upon payment of the registration fee and the price for the ordered related services to the organizer’s account.
• Participants who register on-site at the congress registration center will be charged an additional fee of CZK 200 on top of the registration fee.
• The registration badge is personal and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of registration or ordered accompanying program services, the following rules and conditions apply:

• For cancellations of registration and accompanying program 60–31 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
• For cancellations of registration and accompanying program 30 or fewer days before the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be charged.

Hotel Accommodation

• For cancellations of confirmed hotel accommodation 90–61 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cancelled accommodation price will be automatically charged.
• For cancellations of confirmed hotel accommodation 60 or fewer days before the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the cancelled accommodation price will be automatically charged.
• Cancellations of registration, hotel accommodation orders, or related service orders must be made in writing (by email or postal delivery) to the organizer’s address: Congress Prague, s.r.o., Vyšehradská 430/41, 128 00 Prague 2, email: office@congressprague.cz. The date of cancellation is considered the date on which the written notice is received by the organizer.
• The organizer is entitled (in case of cancellation of registration, accommodation order, or related service order) to charge the applicable cancellation fee according to these terms against the paid registration, accommodation, or service price. The organizer will settle prepaid deposits after the end of the conference, no later than within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy – Covid

• In case the event is cancelled due to government regulations, a handling cancellation fee of 10% of the ordered services will be charged.
